NOTES FROM Guildex 2019 TRADER and SOCIETY MEETING

The organisation for 2019 starts now so, the booking forms for the three Guild events in 2019 have been sent to all traders on our Events database. When you receive the covering letter and forms, please read the instructions and terms and conditions on the reverse of the forms carefully and complete the forms providing as much information as you can. You must complete a form for each of the events you want to attend. If you have any specific requirements ensure these are clearly noted on your form(s).

You will be aware we have not increased the cost of stand hire for some years, and will continue the discount scheme for those who book space at more than one event in 2019.
The discount scheme is clearly outlined in the letter and on the reverse of each form.

If you wish to avail yourself of these discounts please complete your form(s) and return them to Artytype by Friday 14th December 2018 along with your deposits. An invoice will be sent for the balance which must be paid by Friday 27th January 2019. Late payments are not accepted.

If you do not take up any of the discounts then the deadline for submitting the form for that show only is shown on each form.

Traders and Societies have said that if we give them flyers about the Guild Show dates then they will be very pleased to circulate them at other shows or via mail order.

Large quantities of these flyers were distributed at Telford. If you did not get some or if you require more, I can get some to Warley or bring them to the Reading Trade Show.

The dates for our shows in 2019 are confirmed as follows:
Spring Show, Kettering - 2nd March
Summer Show, Doncaster - 1st June
Guildex, Telford - 31st August and 1st September

As usual booking forms should be circulated in October 2018
