Sunday 25 October 2009

We have a permanent clubroom situated in High Wycombe which is available 24/7. Our regular meetings are on Monday and Wednesday from 7-30pm with different layouts typically using one evening or the other. The society usually has 11 layouts erected in the club room, 3 of them 0 gauge, British and American.,some completed and running, others in various stages of development.

We recently expanded to have over 4000 sq/ft of clubroom space. The increased space allows for improved member facilities including: a better kitchen and rest area, workshop, meeting and demonstration / lecture area and a multi gauge test track. We have a current membership of over 60 comprising of ages ranging from 8 to 80, whilst also supporting the Societies continued growth and providing an enhanced environment for modelling, learning and social activities alike. Having been quite a layout centric Society in the past, we have recently run a number of successful demonstration evenings allowing members to pass on knowledge and skills to other members.

If you are interested in joining the club you will be very welcome, please contact the secretary.
