Update to email and add extra details for Running track

Meetings

Sundays (usually the 3rd Sunday of each month) at Sompting Village Hall, 1-5pm. Most meetings will see the 2 rail finescale and Scale 7 (with passing loop soon), running track up, for DCC please bring own controller.
