As modellers we all have a stock of items we have deemed to be in the category of 'it will come in useful'.

For many years I have had some heavy duty cardboard corner protectors, used to protect the corners of filing cabinets in transit. They have been used to make the framework of a spray booth and more recently to produce a holder for my handheld controllers. As an aside, it would be good to hear from other members if they have any more similar tips just to show that things ‘that will come in useful’ do come in useful.
